Production Process

1. Raw Material Laser Cutting - Premium steel plate is blanked by laser cutting, ensuring a flat cut edge and accurate contour dimensions.
2. CO2 Welding & Forming - Cut plates are CO2 welded and corrected after welding to ensure overall frame structural strength and reduce welding deformation.
3. CNC Precision Machining - CNC milling, drilling and tapping are used to finish the mounting reference faces, guide rail mounting positions and threaded holes for assembly accuracy.
4. Surface Treatment - Parts are ground and derusted, primed with anti-rust primer, and optionally top-coated or powder coated to improve corrosion resistance and appearance.

5. Subsequent assembly: after the frame arrives, assemble guide rails and transmission parts in a constant-temperature environment to reduce temperature-induced accuracy errors.
